Yaaaay the SpaceCastle got new shades!

Yes! The new double-cell accordion-style shades have now been installed. They're lovely, very dark — which is great when it comes to blocking out the heat from the morning sun in the summer — and they don't have any dangling cords and rods to get tangled. Also, at night, they will provide *actual* privacy, rather than the slatted version the old venetian blinds gave us. And while they're totally dark during the daytime, at night, when down, they're a lovely medium grey.
